RoboMe by WowWee is a Blend of Personality and Technology

Not only did we see a robot dog at the 2013 New Toy Fair, but also RoboMe. This isn’t your everyday robot toy that you’re used to seeing. Nope. This little guy has a personality, the ability to communicate with his owner and can learn to master different tasks.

Here’s a shot we took of him at the Toy Fair. He looks surprised to see us doesn’t he?

RoboMe

Do you see that little framed piece of paper behind him? That’s something RoboMe is pretty proud of. It’s called an award and he got one. :) RoboMe received the Toys 3.0 Award at the International Toy Fair in Nürnberg.

Here are a few more of RoboMe’s features:

RoboMe

  • He uses the power of your iPhone or iPod Touch
  • He’s packed with advanced technology, such as voice command recognition, remote video control, and facial tracking
  • He has a personality that is fully customizable
  • He can learn names and sentences, growing along with its owner

RoboMe is for ages 6 and up. You can expect to see him available for purchase towards the end of this year – around the holidays. The video below was shot at the NY Toy Fair and demonstrated by one of the awesome WowWee team members.
