This isn’t your ordinary board game. It uses Scan Games technology, which makes video possible for the game. I mean come on. What’s an AFV Board Game without video? Extremely boring and pointless, that’s what.
The Scan Game component features a free mobile app that is capable of scanning special QR code symbols. Scan the cards with your mobile device and video and audio appear instantly when called up by the scan because all the content is native to the app. There’s no wireless network needed and the board game technology will work with virtually any Apple or Android smart phone or tablet device equipped with a camera.
The America’s Funniest Home Video Board Game will be available in Fall of 2013 at a suggested retail price of $19.99 and is recommended for ages 8 and up.
