As we mentioned back in March, Aurora came out with a new line of Raggedy Ann and Andy plush dolls. The company worked with Hasbro to introduce a new generation to these beloved dolls, who bring back such great memories to a lot of us. The dolls have a touch of both vintage and modern elements.
We received a Raggedy Ann doll last week and we loved getting an up close and personal look at her. You can tell the love and details that went into making her, from her yarn looped hair to her sewn facial features.

These classic Raggedy Ann and Andy Dolls come in sizes 8″, 12″ 16″ and 25″ – just the right sizes for cuddling!
Aurora also introduced their Fancy Pals, which include a Raggedy Ann doll and a fancy purse, with your choice of a butterfly or red ribbon.
Later this year and closer to the holiday season, four more dolls will be introduced to the line: The Raggedy Ann “Chilly Chic” and “Santa’s Helper” and Raggedy Andy “Chilly Chic” and “Santa” are 16 inches in size.
What a great gift one of these dolls would make for a little one 18 months are older. Just imagine how they’ll love taking their Raggedy Ann or Andy doll with them everywhere. There’s just something about a cloth doll that really appeals to little ones. It’s easy and comfortable for them to hold on to and gives them a sense of security.
