Moon Dough Breakfast Set – Holiday Gift Guide 2011

I’ve reviewed several Moon Dough sets in the past and while I love Moon Dough and have always given it a great review, the company made some improvements to the formula. Now, I’m even a bigger fan and so are the kids.

The new formula is much less crumbly. I try to be one of those moms who lets my kids create and do fun crafts without freaking out over the mess, but the old formula of crumbly Moon Dough definitely ended up all over the table and floor. The kids didn’t mind, but mom did.

We had the opportunity to review the new formula with the Moon Dough Breakfast Set.

Not only is the new Moon Dough formula much easier to work with, it is definitely less messier. It almost feels a bit spongy, but still has the same Moon Dough feel.

Aaron had a blast with the Moon Dough Breakfast set. You can create pancakes, waffles and then pile on the toppings. The push & pop tools make it super easy for little ones to use.

Moon Dough is soft, light, wheat-free and non-drying. We’ve left it out for days and it still feels exactly the same as the day it came out of the package.

The Moon Dough Breakfast Set includes 3 Push & Pop Tools, Topping Mold, 1.5 oz. Red Moon Dough, 1.5 oz. Yellow Moon Dough, Playmat and Instruction Guide.

Here are a few pictures of Aaron’s breakfast creations.
