We have a daughter who loves to hang photos and posters in her room. She’s not much into framed art right now, but likes to do her room her way and in her style – which means posters and pictures of her friends (tons of pictures of her friends!) everywhere. I believe it’s important to let your children express themselves with their rooms. Which means I give them the freedom to decorate it their way – to a point that is.
Given the fact that Hannah likes to hang lots of photos and posters, we ran into the problem of push pins leaving hundreds of little holes in the wall and tape leaving behind residue, not to mention it not lasting long. Another issue is that Hannah loves to rearrange the pictures in her room. One minute she has a collage of pictures above her bed, the next thing I know, it’s changed walls.
I am very excited to tell you about Scotch Restickable products that we had the chance to test out. They were THE perfect solution for Hannah’s room decor. Here’s a little video with Hannah showing us how the Scotch Restickable Strips work.
There are so many things I love about the restickable products:
- You can use them all over the house
- They do not leave a residue behind
- You can use them again and again
- They’re easy for kids to use
- You can also use them in school lockers and at the office
We’ve used the Scotch Restickable products all over the house. Just this morning we hung up a “To Do Before School List” for Hannah on the back of her bedroom door. She is one very active teenager and she has a lot to remember to bring in the morning – from her gym clothes and clarinet to getting papers signed.
We also hung this GIANT picture Aaron made at school on the refrigerator. He really wanted it on the fridge. It’s now back in his room. Oh, and he refused to smile for this picture! (But he’s still cute no? )
As you can see, these products can be used all over the house. I encourage you to go purchase some of these yourself to see just how great they are for the home, office and school. For more information on Scotch products, visit their website.
I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Scotch and received Scotch Restickable products to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.
