We got together with family on Saturday and went swimming in my brother’s pool. Everyone had a blast, but what kicked it up a notch were the fun pool toys grandma and grandpa brought with them. From water volleyball to shooting each other with water guns, it was a fun filled day of pool time fun.

These are, without a doubt, our 7 year old’s favorite toys to play with in the pool. These small torpedoes glide through the pool making it fun to watch them, chase them and then dive to the bottom of the pool. They glide up to 30 feet! Not only are these great for the pool, but also perfect for bath time.
These Wild Planet Dive Balls fly to the bottom of the pool and with their bright colors, are very easy to see. The set comes with two ideas for games, like challenging a friend to see how many you each can collect. They also last quite awhile and should carry over into the next swimming season.

As soon as I saw these dive gloves from Wild Planet, I knew they were a must-have pool toy. The game comes with 2 magnetic gloves and 12 magnetic fish. Just toss the fish into the pool and go fishing! Swim for the fish and collect them with the magnetic tips of the gloves. I know, cool right?! There’s even a mesh pocket on each glove where you can store the fish. Clever. Very clever.
4. Swimways Gobble Gobble Guppies
Just by looking at the picture you can tell this is one pool toy the kids will love. The shark has one thing on his mind and that’s to gobble up those little guppies. Just squeeze the trigger and the sharks mouth will open. Chase the little guppies around in the pool and the shark will gobble them up. Kids can time themselves and compete to see who can gobble them all up the fastest or challenge their own time.

Here’s another fun shark pool toy. Kids can throw the shark into the water and watch him glide through, just like a real shark. He can glide to the bottom of the pool and then come to the surface. Kids can try to dive for the shark and catch it before it comes to the surface.

This submarine is powered by a remote control and even has a light for night time pool play. Love it! It can climb and dive in the water as well as turn left and right. Fun. Very fun indeed!
This pool toy is for more experienced swimmers. The dive racers is a challenging game! When the rocket his the bottom of the pool, the 3 racers are launched to the surface. Try to catch them before they reach the top.
