Pre-Order the Perplexus Epic & Rookie, Coming April 1st

To say we are fans of the Perplexus, would be a slight understatement. The day the addicting maze game arrived at our door, changed our lives forever. Okay, that’s a little dramatic, but boy do we love it! You can see our video review and demo of the game here.

A couple of us have mastered the first Perplexus game and have made it through the entire 100 step maze, while others of us still have a ways to go. I won’t mention names.

When I heard they were coming out with a Rookie version, which is one step down from their 100 step one, I knew I had to try it. And for those of  you who breezed through the first Perplexus, you’ll be glad to hear that they are also coming out with the Perplexus Epic, which is 125 steps through drops, twists and turns. Both are coming out April 1, 2011 and are available for pre-order.

We’re pretty convinced this makes one of the greatest gifts to give ever. One thing we love about it, is it’s for everyone. Both kids and adults find enjoyment out of the game and I love seeing people challenged by something. We keep ours out in the living room and when people come over, they always ask ‘What’s this?’ and start trying to conquer the maze.

Perplexus Rookie will introduce you to the three dimensional, gravity defying world of Perplexus challenges. Flip, twist and turn the sphere to navigate the steel ball along the numbered tracks through 75 barriers of varying difficulty. Perplexus Rookie is easy to play but still challenging to complete. A domed finish keeps the ball in place at the end to secure your success! Fun for the whole family. 6 1/2″ in diameter.

Perplexus Epic – You’ve mastered the Original – can you beat the new Perplexus Epic? Navigate the steel ball along the tracks, through 125 barriers of varying difficulty as you try to defy gravity. With gnarly new twists, turns and barriers, Perplexus Epic provides hours of challenging, three dimensional fun. 8 1/2″ in diameter.
