Twenty New Educational and Playful Parents Toys for 2011

Manhattan Toy is introducing 20 new educational and very playful Parents Toys for 2011. They are helping kids have fun and learn at the same time, and we are so excited to show you the new line today.

They expanded the line by adding three new play categories, which include learning and memory games; unique wooden puzzles; and indoor/outdoor activity games. From their playful designs and fun colors, both parents and kids will be drawn to these new lines.

Educational Learning

FUN WITH FOOD! ABC BLOCKS – Ages 12 months and up, $30
ABCs, artful illustrations of corresponding foods from apples to zucchini, and bold graphics make this a blockbuster toy. The adorable grocery bag features an easy to carry handle and contains 26, “1 ½”, blocks.

MY LITTLE MAILBOX – 18 months and up, $30
Mail call! A fabulous fabric mailbox complete with three postcards—two with windows to hold family photos, Velcro-like stamps and rotating red flag. Mailbox and postcards are made of heavy fabric material to assure durability for play. Carry handle can also be used to hang mailbox on child’s door.

BUSY BUG COUNT & MATCH DOMINOES – 12 months and up, $15
This game includes 27 wooden dominoes with cute-as-a-bug illustrations for each number. Tiles come in a portable bug habitat with sliding mesh window.

LUCKY LADYBUG COLOR MATCH-UP – 12 months and up, $25
This beautifully illustrated wooden board comes with color-coded ladybugs that are rounded and raised to provide easy removal and placement on the board. Use this wonderful matching ladybug game to introduce the concept of fair play and taking turns while sharpening focus and memory.
