Exclusive for ToyXplosion Newsletter Subscribers: Enter to Win an Xbox 360 Kinect with Kinect Adventures!

It’s time for another fun-filled contest for our newsletter subscribers from us at ToyXplosion. We hope you are all enjoying the Holidays with friends and family and are looking forward to the New Year. 2011 is almost here!

As toy people, we imagine you are wondering what toys our kids received on Christmas morning and what toys stole the show at our house. The toy we’ve all been having fun with and can’t get enough of, is the Xbox 360 Kinect. We love it!

Here are a few reasons we think it’s one of the best toy inventions of 2010:

  • It gets video game players up and off the couch
  • The technology and body recognition is amazing
  • We’ve played three of the Kinect games and they have all been challenging and have something for everyone, of every age
  • Our family is spending time together having fun, laughing…with a little friendly competition thrown in
  • Not having to worry about controllers is amazing! No looking for them under the couch. No batteries to replace. Just the Kinect sensor bar and YOU

Product description:

With the Kinect sensor, you can experience gaming like never before. Easy to use and fun for everyone, the Kinect sensor utilizes revolutionary full-body tracking to put you in the center of the fun. This amazing new technology allows the sensor to recognize your body and mirror your movements in the game, making you the controller. With Kinect, Xbox 360 now has the best controller ever made – YOU.

Here’s a video clip of our family and friends enjoying the Xbox 360 Kinect.

Since we love it so much, we decided to give one away! Here are all the details of the contest:

Prize: Xbox 360 Kinect with Kinect Adventures (Xbox 360 Console not included)

I think the toy that won over all was the Chugginton train track with the 360deg loop. All the kids wanted to play with it even though there were bigger, though not better, toys strewn around the room.

The toy that stole the show at our home was the Chuggington playset my son got. He loves that show!
