Review: ToyBlock Music – Eats Paste

Do your kids love music? One of our kids’ motto is ‘Music is my life’ and she’s not joking. She has always loved music and she just soaks it in. We instilled a love for music very early in our kids and we can see what that did for them.

ToyBlock Music is doing something very fun with children’s classic songs. They work with current artists to re-interpret the songs and let me tell you, they have done a phenomenal job.

Their new EP, Eats Paste, is so catchy and enjoyable for both kids and adults to listen to. I don’t know about you, but we have bought some children’s music in the past and listening to it was like nails on a chalkboard. You can relate right? Well, why not pop some music in the CD player that everyone can enjoy?

Here are the songs you’ll find on the CD:

  • Alice the Camel – By David Kav
  • Oh Susannah – Arlen Ginsburg
  • The Cat Came Back – Alex Sanders (and the Meowtones)
  • The Crawdad Man – Austin Connell and the Rainbirds
  • The Wheels on the Bus – Olin Langley
  • There Was an Old Woman – Anna Soltys
  • Wynken, Blynken and Nod – Stereo Sinai

It’s catchy, it’s fun and it’s a great way to teach your kids some classic songs.
