I purchased the Teach & Talk Exploration Laptop for my grandson's birthday and was he disappointed when it didn't work. I checked some of the reviews on Amazon.com and no one was happy with it. I am planning on returning it to the store without a replacement. I had put brand new batteries in it to make sure he could play with it right away but it won't even turn on when I hit the ON button. I will never purchase a product from this company again.
