Curiosity Zone, an award-winning hands-on science center, and a group of Grammy Award-winning musicians, “Science You Can Sing To™” combines science with legitimate original rock music to inspire curiosity in little ones everywhere. They debuted the line at the 2010 New York Toy Fair.
The Company’s line showcases their debut CD, Swamp Stomp Boogie, an album that explores science at the Zoo. “Swamp Stomp hits all the basic criteria for good kids’ music: It’s well-produced, and the songwriting is fun and quirky.” (USA Today)
The CD can be purchased separately or as part of the “Zoo Adventure Kit,” which provides both the CD and materials and instructions for more than a dozen wonder-filled activities, including making a blubber mitt, exploring shadows, creating a cat eye model, building a bug zoo and more. The line also includes kid-sized lab coats, starting at size 2T, providing an opportunity for even the youngest kids to role-play as scientists.
The company plans to produce a complete line of “Science You Can Sing To™” CDs and preschool activity kits with coordinated mobile applications, introducing little scientists to the wonders of outer space, the oceans, earth science, their own backyards and more.
